Flow Elements

Flow elements are devices used to measure the flow rate of liquids or gases in a pipeline. They create a change in the flow path, such as a pressure drop, which can be measured to determine the flow rate. Common types, like orifice plates, Venturi tubes, and flow nozzles, are widely used in industries to ensure accurate flow measurements for many applications.

When selecting flow elements, it's important to consider the type of fluid (liquid or gas) you're measuring and its properties like viscosity and temperature. You should also think about the flow rate range you need to measure, as well as how accurate the measurements need to be for your specific application. Finally, consider the environment where the flow element will be installed, including factors like pressure, temperature, and available space, to ensure the chosen element can work properly and safely in those conditions.
