Two-wire 80 GHz FMCW compact radar level transmitter for continuous level monitoring of liquids, slurries, and solids in ranges up to 49.2 feet (15 meters) with a zero blanking distance. 8° beam angle. Hermetically sealed PVDF enclosure and antenna. 4-20 mA output plus HART communications standard. Optional Bluetooth communications for configuration. Siemens SITRANS LR150 is a loop-powered W-band FMCW radar level transmitter in a hermetically sealed chemical-resistant PVDF enclosure for years of trouble-free reliable measurement. It comes standard with 4-20 mA output and HART communications. The LR150 has a zero blanking distance for accurate inventory management, and can even measure through plastic vessel tops.
Standard HART 7.0 communications makes the LR150 compatible with SIMATIC PDM software for remote configuration and diagnostics on your PC. When ordered with Bluetooth enabled, the LR150 is easy to configure, troubleshoot, and monitor via Siemens SITRANS Mobile IQ application on your smart device. The app is free, and available for Android, Apple, and Windows devices.
The LR150 is the only transmitter in the LR100 series that has an optional HMI display for local configuration and diagnostics.
The SITRANS LR150 is compatible with the same Siemens mounting accessories used on Echomax ultrasonic transducers, including Easy Aimers for accurate positioning at angles for solids level measurement, and FMS series mounting kits and brackets for quick installation on liquids applications.
