PTFE-body process refractometer is designed to measure concentrations of aggressive chemicals, such as hydrochloric acid (HCI), sodium hydroxide (NaOH), sodium chloride (NaCl), and sulfuric acid (H2SO4) in the chemical and semiconductor industries. Measurement range: refrective index 1.32 to 1.53 nD (0 to 100 °Brix).

The Polaris PR53M refractometer is designed for use in chemically-aggressive solutions and ultra-pure fine chemical processes for systems with small pipe sizes. Its factory-calibrated sensor has a Teflon body designed to measure refractive index and temperature.

The refractometer's digital sensing technology is not affected by suspended solids, bubbles or color changes. Its measurement range covers 0-100% by weight and is connected to the process by a G1/2" female or 1/2" NPT process connection.

Compatible with Indigo520 transmitter, which gives you access to features such as data storage, graphical interface, and analog and digital interface.
