The Steriflow Valve SG In-Line Sight Glass is suitable for any wide range ASME BPE application in high purity tubing systems typically found in the pharmaceutical or bio-pharmaceutical industry.
Steriflow SG series in-line sight glasses are designed for a range of applications in high purity tubing systems in the biopharmaceutical and pharmaceutical industries. The extra-large double window design provides a 240° process viewing area without the need for backlighting.
The SG's metal-to-metal stop controls O-ring compression and ID protrusion to within ASME BPE limits. It also provides metal-to-metal conduction of piping torque and expansion, without affecting the O-ring or the condition of the borasilicate glass window. If there is a risk of accidental damage to the viewing glass, a polycarbonate shield or perforated viewing tube can be supplied.
