Flame Amplifiers

Flame amplifiers receive signals from flame detectors to determine if a flame is present, helping to prevent dangerous situations by ensuring that fuel is only introduced when a flame is detected. They communicate those flame detector signals to a flame safeguard primary control, and are ciritical to systems that use discrete flame scanners.

When selecting the right flame amplifier, there are several important factors to consider. First, think about the type of flame detector you will be using, as different amplifiers work with specific detectors like infrared or ultraviolet. It's also important to check the response time of the amplifier, which should be fast enough to ensure safety by quickly detecting flames. Additionally, consider features like self-diagnostics that help monitor the amplifier's performance and ensure it is working correctly. Finally, make sure the amplifier meets any necessary safety standards for your application to keep operations safe.
