DCT1000
Provides continuous or on-demand cleaning control for dust collectors or pneumatic conveying systems. Available in six, 10, or 22 channels. AC or DC power. AC models can be expanded to up to 255 channels. Both are compatible with 10" or 20" WC differential pressure modules with 4-20 mA output for on-demand cleaning applications. AC models have cUL, UL approvals; DC models are CE approved.
- Simplifies on-demand cleaning requirements by eliminating the need for pressure switches, relays, and timers
- 6, 10, and 22 channel master boards, with 10- or 22-channel expansion boards; AC model automatically detects any channel expander connected
- Standard mounting holes to other dust collector controllers for use in existing installations
- Solenoid fault light on the DCT1000 alerts you when a solenoid valve fails to activate properly
- 85-270 VAC or 10-30 VDC power
- 3A max solenoid supply per channel
- 3A fuse @ 250 VAC
- On-time:10 to 600 msec, 10 msec steps. Accuracy:±10 msec.
- Off-time:1 to 255 seconds, 1 second steps. Accuracy: Greater of ±1% value or ±50 msec
- AC models have cUL, UL approvals; DC models are CE approved
- Differential pressure add-on modules with 10" or 20" WC ranges, 4-20 mA output
