CVS Controls Series ED and ET Globe Control Valves
Series ED globe control valves are optimal for general control application in a wide variety of temperature and pressure drops. Series ET are designed for throttling or on/off applications in liquid or gas service. Available in 1" to 8" sizes.
Series ED is designed for general control applications over a wide variety of temperatures and pressure drops. It features an upper piston ring seal and metal-to-metal seating.
Series ET works well in applications that require low leakage rates. The valve design features a single port, balanced valve plug, and cage guiding. Metal-to-PTFE seating for stringent shutoff requirements is standard in all valves except those with Cavitrol III cages. Metal-to-metal seating for higher temperatures is standard for valves with Cavitrol III cages and optional for all other valves.
