Two-piece infrared light beam screen for cost-effective measuring sensors in tough applications. Array heights from 150 to 2400 mm. Range 40 mm to 4 m. Discrete PNP or NPN outputs and 4-20 mA or 0-10 VDC analog outputs. Can be configured locally using dipswitches or remotely via PC.

For high-speed, precise process monitoring and inspection, profiling and web-guiding applications such as package and baggage sizing on material handling conveyors, profiling/positioning of packages or material in process, web edge guiding, log diameter measurement and carpet-to-nap edge detection.
Receiver interface features a six-position dipswitch for setting scan mode, measurement mode, analog slope, discrete output 2 option for complementary measurement or alarm operation, plus two momentary pushbuttons for alignment and gain level selection. Remote TEACH option can be used for alignment, inverted display, and dipswitch disable.
- Infrared LED light source with 3° nominal field of view
- 4-meter range with 5mm beam spacing
- Closely spaced infrared beams detect objects as small as 5 mm (0.2") wide with single- or double-edge resolution of 2.5 mm (0.1")
- Array heights range from 150 to 2400 mm
- Controller functionality is built into the receiver, so basic setup requires no controller, software, or PC
- Configuration options include 14 measurement modes, three scanning methods, two analog and two discrete outputs and a serial output.
- Complete configuration, alignment assistance and process monitoring functions also available through software tools over IO-Link, Modbus-RTU, and RS-485
- IP65 aluminum housing with clear-anodized finish and acrylic lens cover

A typical system consists of an emitter and a receiver with a cordset for each. Models with array lengths of 900mm and shorter ship with two end-cap brackets. Models of 1050mm and longer ship with two end-cap brackets and a center bracket.
