|Making A Purchase Just browse our warehouse, click on "Add to Order" for any items that you wish to buy, and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Submit Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to process your request.|

|Shipping And Handling Unless otherwise specified, all domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground service. International customers can choose to ship direct using DHL, or via the U.S. freight forwarder of their choice. Unless otherwise specified, all International orders will ship complete.|
UPS Ground charges will be added to your total during order processing. You will receive an order confirmation e-mail that will include freight charges.
|Delivery Schedule All items are either F.O.B. (E.X.W.) Bensenville, IL USA or Butler, WI USA. Freight charges will be prepaid and added to the invoice. All orders for in-stock products will ship by the next business day. Normally, you'll see your order within 5 business days. International orders will generally take longer due to customs requirements. Whe your order ships, we'll send you a confirmation e-mail with your UPS or DHL tracking number, so you know when to expect your package.|
|Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order the item for you and ship a partial order, if necessary. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. All International orders will ship complete unless otherwise specified.|
|Tax Charges Taxes will be applied at order processing for orders placed from Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Missouri, Michigan, Kentucky, California, Florida, and Wisconsin customers only. (Wisconsin, California, Florida and Missouri customers, please include your county, as taxes vary by location.) If your company is tax exempt, please note on order. Tax-exempt companies must provide current state tax exemption certificates with their first Lesman orders. Current sales tax exemption certificates can be found on our Tax Exemption Forms page.|
|Credit Card Security We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, US Postal Service mail or over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128-bit SSL encryption and verified by our SSL carrier. They are not held in clear text on any website.Protecting our customers from credit card fraud: In order to make our transactions more secure, we process a card authorization for $1.00 that is used solely to test for accurate credit card information, and protect our customers against fraudulent credit card use. This transaction is only an authorization, and not an actual charge to your account. You will be able to see this activity on your account for a short time, but it does expire automatically.We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Multiple charges may occur if items ship at different times, but the total charge amount will be the same as the original order total.|
