Self-centering yoke with swivel-type, hardened steel chrome-finished flaring cone forms better flares with less effort.

Positive stop gauge ensures correct size of flare. Special burnishing action polishes flare face. Three rollers in flaring cone roll out 37 degree flare above die block. Extension on yoke for clamping in vise. Furnished in sturdy tool case.

Imperial 37 Degree Hi-Duty Flaring Tool
For 3/16", 1/4", 5/16", 3/8", 1/2", and 5/8" OD tubing. For use with soft copper, aluminum, and brass tubing. Hardened steel chrome finished cone makes exceptionally smooth, high strength flares with a radius at the base of the flare instead of the sharp angle formed by ordinary tubes. Positive gripping and self-gauging of tube for exact flare size.

Imperial Flarepro 4-In-1 Flaring Tool
For copper, aluminum, steel, stainless steel, and other metal tubing. 37 and 45 degree flaring for nine tube sizes from 1/8" to 3/4" OD, 45 degree double flaring for seven tube sizes from 3/16" to 3/4" OD, and swaging for seven tube sizes from 3/16" to 3/4" OD A hex socket and 3/8" square drive ratchet are furnished for easy operation of the threaded members under load. Tube forming components (flaring cones, double flaring adapters, and swaging adapters) are retained on the feedscrew by a ball detent mechanism, and can be snapped on and off for quick change as required.
