Honeywell XYR6000 STTW Wireless Transmitter for Temperature

Built on Honeywell's successful ST3000 series transmitters, the XYR6000 adds simple, safe, and secure wireless technology into the mix. XYR6000 series are part of the Wireless Network for Secure Industrial Applications (WNSIA)-compliant field devices.

All XYR6000 transmitters send information to a Honeywell Multinode, which can support up to 400 transmitters each, depending on the reporting frequency.

The STTW temperature transmitter supports three thermocouple inputs, two RTD inputs, or one thermocouple and one RTD without sharing field wiring terminals. The temperature transmitter will simultaneously support an integral probe and external inputs.

  • Available models: STTW820, STTW830, STTW840 with direct mounted thermocouple or RTD (as shown), and STTW400 with input for either three thermocouples or two RTDs
  • ISA100 wireless compliant device
  • 2.4 GHz frequency hopping spread spectrum (FHSS) wireless communications
  • Transmitter range with integral antenna (shown) is 1000 feet line-of-sight
  • Accuracy ±0.10% range in mV at reference conditions for linear inputs, RTDs
  • Powered by two D Lithium batteries, expected lifetime of up to 10 years
  • Part of Honeywell's OneWireless universal mesh network system
