Steriflow Food & Beverage's FBCV-OR control valve meets the rigid specifications for sanitary process control for customers who prefer an O-ring style stem seal. The FBCV is suited for a range of flowing media in both the utility and process areas of sanitary systems. Whether the need is to control pressure, temperature, flow, pH, or another variable, the FBCV will perform to expected standards.

  • Available in sizes from 1" to 3"
  • Cv from 3.5 to 100 with operating pressures from 150 to 450 PSI, depending on valve size and actuator choice
  • Stainless steel body, stem, bonnet with 32 Ra mechanical finish; FDA-approved stem seal materials and bushing
  • Available with top-mount pneumatic positioner or side-mount smart positioner, 35M or 55M actuator, I/P transducer, or air regulator with gauges
  • Unicert certificate of compliance available on request for material, surface finish, FDA food and beverage, and 3A sanitary approvals
