The Kele companies bring together well-established distributors and solutions providers across the United States, serving both the commercial and industrial markets.

Kele's commercial businesses provide solutions for building automation, HVAC. and process automation, in the commercial and industrial sectors. They offer almost any component needed for building management systems, and provide quiick delivery across the country with an expansive inventory. Kele also offers custom panels, calibration and assembly, specialized sourcing and project services.

Kele expanded further into the industrial market with the acquisition of Lesman Instrument Company in 2020. Since then, A-Tech Inc, AC Controls, and Ponton Industries have joined the family to provide industrial process automation, factory automation, and engineered solutions for customers across the United States.

Founded in 1962, Lesman is an authorized distributor and manufacturers’ representative for process measurement, liquid and gas analytics, and control instrumentation. Lesman serves commercial and industrial customers in the Midwest through its locations in the Chicago and Milwaukee areas, and the Pacific Northwest from its locations in Seattle and Portland. Lesman joined the Kele companies in late 2020.

A-tech Inc., located in Tulsa OK, is a distributor of factory and industrial automation products used to measure, analyze, control, and automate a wide range of applications. A-Tech joined the Kele Companies in 2021.

Located in Concord, NC, ACC couples exceptional local service with national resources from partnerships with industry-leading manufacturers.  AC Controls joined the Kele companies in spring of 2024.
