Honeywell S7800A2142 Four-Line Universal Keyboard Display Module

The S7800A2142 four-line hi-contrast backlit display is larger, easier to read, and easier to program than the S7800A1001 or S7800A1142 models. You’ll be able to view current system status, first-out remote annunciation (when coupled with the S7830 Expanded Annunciator), remote reset, report generation, fault information, burner control data, and real-time system diagnostics with plain text explanations of how to fix potential lock-out issues.  Enable the Modbus communication feature to receive this information into your PLC or on another HMI.  For 7800 series flame safeguards that have programmable valve proving and post purge configurations available, the S7800A2142 allows you to make those programming changes within the flame safeguard.  A configurable “Call Service” feature allows integrators and service providers to display their contact information for the end user in the event of a lockout alarm.

The S7800A2142 will fit directly onto any RM7800 series flame safeguard.  To install the S7800A2142 onto the door of your panel enclosure, you would also need an extension cable (221818A for 60”, 221818C for 120”) plus either a NEMA 4 cover assembly (204729A, or 204729C with reset button) or a flush mount kit (205321B).
