Panametrics O2.IQ oxgen analyzer and sample conditioning system simplifies and standardizes reliable oxygen measurement across applications in industrial gas production, natural gas, petrochemical, heat treating and annealing, inert weld gases, and gaseous hydrocarbon streams.
A complete O2.IQ includes an oxy.IQ electrochemical oxygen analyzer, your choice of sensor, and a sampling condition system that provides isolation, filtration, pressure regulation, flow and pressure indication. Packaged in a wall-mounted NEMA 4X/IP66 304 stainless steel enclosure with a clear window for easy viewing of all readings.
The standard O2.IQ was originally designed for oxygen measurement in natural gas pipelines, but it can be easily used in a wide range of applications. The stainless steel package and loop-powered oxy.IQ analyzer make it ideal for both safe locations and hazardous areas.
A complete system consists of your choice of enclosure and your choice of electrochemical OX sensor.
- Five different electrochemical OX sensors are available, depending on the interference gases in your application: Low range PPM for standard or acid background gases, Low/mid-range PPM for standard background gases, or percent measurement for standard or acid background gases.
