The M800 analytical transmitter comes in 1-channel, 2-channel, and 4-channel versions. It accepts inputs from analog and Intelligent Sensor Management (ISM) sensors depending on the model. The M800 is designed for measurement of pH, ORP, optical DO, amperometric and optical oxygen (DO and O2 gas), dissolved carbon dioxide, conductivity. Some models also let you measure dissolved ozone, total organic carbon (TOC), and flow. Its comes in an IP66 polycarbonate enclosure and optional stainless steel enclosure for hygienic applications.
The M800 features iMonitor™ diagnostics that monitor and display the maintenance conditions of the measuring loop for preventative action. The color touchscreen is easy to use and lets you select control and alarm management for complex applications.
With the plug and measure feature, the M800 offers fast commissioning and error-free start-up. The M800 comes with advanced ISM functionallity for predictive maintenance information and dynamic sensor lifetime status. Sensors can be accurately pre-calibrated in a workshop using the iSense software and stored to use later. The plug and measure feature also allows for instant measurement and calibration data upload once you plug in the sensor.
