Banner's LTF Class 2 diffuse mode laser distance measurement sensors use time-of flight technology to detect targets regardless of color, material or sheen from up to 24 meters away, straight-on or at an angle. Models come in ranges of 0.0.5 to 12 or 24 meters and are available with discrete and analog outputs or dual discrete outputs with IO link communications.
Banner L-Gage LTF laser distancing sensors are designed for precise, long-distance measurement on challenging targets including shiny, metal, or dark surfaces, round or uneven targets, objects at steep angles.
Its two-line CLD shows real-time distance measurement in millimeters or inches, and the analog output measurements in mA or V when the sensor is in RUN mode.
Common industrial measurement applications include part-in-place verification, roll diameter and web tension control, part profiling and positioning, and more.
