ASCO Valve P159 On-Off and High-Low-Off Motorized Actuator

The motorized actuator is a self-contained, electrohydraulic linear actuator featuring dual internal control valves for repeatable positioning. When the actuator is mounted to a Series 8158 valve, position indicators on both sides of the actuator show the open or closed position of the valve. The Series P159 motorized actuator and Series 8158 gas valve combination provide reliable safety shut-off function to the burners' main gas lines for a wide range of applications including boilers, furnaces, ovens, dryers, incinerators, thermal oxidizers, and other heating systems.

• The Series P159 motorized actuator is offered in On/Off or High/Low/Off configurations, mounting directly on the ASCO Series 8158 and Series V710
• Available in either slow or fast opening configurations
• Push-type, self-contained, electrohydraulic linear actuators featuring dual internal control valves for repeatable positioning
• Low-fire position is factory set at the stroke midpoint, but can be field adjustable to any position between 15% and 100% of stroke
• Position indicators on both sides of the actuator show the open or closed position of the valve
• Type 1 & IP10 General Purpose enclosure standard, optional Type 4 & IP65 Watertight enclosure available for outdoor or indoor wash down installations
