ASCO 641-642-643 Aluminum Filter Regulators for Harsh Process Applications
1/4" to 1" NPT particulate filter regulators in standard (641), high flow (642), and large size (643) models. Nominal flow ranges from 78 to 370.8 SCFM (2210 to 10500 LPM). Powder-coated aluminum enclosure, robust metal internals. Regulating adjustment via screw or T-handle. Manual or automatic draining. Available with local pressure gauge, quick relief, tamper-proof, and low temperature options.
ASCO 641-642-643 aluminum filter regulators provide high flow rates and precise pressure regulation to downstream instruments. Robust media filtration prevents downstream process contamination while enhancing safety and reliability. The rugged, aluminum construction with specialized coating stands up to harsh process environments.

- Low-temperature and low-copper variants plus manual and automatic draining features
- Quick relief function on 641 and 642 models enhances safety by allowing downstream pressure in the actuator or other equipment to exhaust if supply pressure is lost
