Hex Valve HB59 Integral Block and Bleed Valve

Hex Valve's HB59 is a block and bleed valve designed for critical services. It combines a fully packed, back-seated block valve and a fully packed, back-seated bleed valve into a single assembly to minimize connections, leak points, and installation time. The HB59  is typically used on applications where waste must be returned to the line or holdings vessel, most commonly with hazardous media or EPA-targeted hydrocarbons.

Key Specifications

  • Carbon or stainless steel body, integral, seat, and TFE or Graphite packing
  • Packing below threads prevents lubricant washout or corrosion
  • Non-rotating tip stem eliminates seat galling, provides bubble-tight shutoff
