WIKA M93X.D1 All-Welded XSEL Process Gauge and Diaphragm Seal System

WIKA M93X.D1 all-welded gauge and diaphragm seal systems are drop-in retrofits for existing gauges in extreme environments or corrosive media. All-welded systems are designed for installation wher tightly-controlled fugitive emissions and safety are a concern.

This all-welded system combines a WIKA XSEL solid front process gauge (23X.34) and a high pressure all-stainless diaphragm seal (L990.34). The gauge is back-welded into the seal upper housing to eliminate potential leak paths.

  • For extreme process environments: harsh temperatures, steam, variable pressure ranges, pulsation, vibration, and aggressive chemicals. Ideal for high-vibration, thermal-cycling, and pump-discharge applications
  • Available vacuum, compound, and positive pressure ranges from -30" HgVac to 5000 PSI
  • Operating temperature 0° to 300° F
  • 4.5" process gauge with 1/4" or 1/2" NPT male or female process connection
  • 316L stainless steel process wetted materials
  • Designed to meet EPA Dual Containment Requirements to minimize leakage
