Dwyer's V6 series mini flow switches monitor liquid, gas, or air flows in pipes 1/2" to 2" in size. It uses a free-swinging vane that attracts a magnet within the solid metal switch body, actuating a snap switch by means of a simple level arm with no bellows, springs, or seals to fail.
The V6 can be used to protect pumps, motors, and other equipment against low or no flow. It can be easily installed using a simple pipe insert via the tee and electrical switch connections. In addition, the electrical assembly can be replaced without removing the unit, allowing the process to continue running, minimizing down time and maximizing productivity.
