Honeywell Q340 Thermocouples for Gas-Fired Pilot Flame Detection

Premium long-life, durable 30 mV thermocouples generate a thermoelectric current that senses a pilot flame on gas-fired heating systems.

Suitable replacement for Robertshaw 1980, T45, T46, White Rogers HO series, Penn-Baso K15, K16, K19, 88D, ITT General 2500 and 2600 series, and Jade TK5.

Key Specifications

  • For detecting pilot flames on gas-fired heating systems
  • Single-junction thermocouple lead provides a 30 mV electrical signal when the pilot is operating.
  • Loss of the pilot removes the electrical current and shuts off the gas supply to the burner.
  • Push-in clip, split nut, and adapter assembly for easy installation
  • 30 mV thermocouple with temperature ratings 780° to 1400°F, cold junction to hot junction (416° to 760°C)
