Siemens Milltronics MCS Compact Stainless Steel Modular Belt Scale

Siemens' Milltronics MCS is a compact, modular, heavy duty belt scale with stainless steel load cells for use in mobile crushers and aggregate screening plants. They are designed for simple, drop-in installation and low maintenance with no moving parts.

Operating with a Siemens BW100 integrator, the MCS provides flow rate, total weight, belt load, and belt speed of bulk solids materials on a belt conveyor. If you add an RBSS speed sensor to the process, you can monitor conveyor belt speed as well. On mobile crushing equipment, the MCS can be used with a TASS speed sensor.
