The 3A Sanitary Process Refractometer (PR-03-A) is designed for measuring Brix and concentrations in the pipe line. Easy to install in any pipe size directly or via flow cell. For all food and beverage processing applications where on-line monitoring and control can help to improve product quality and reduce costs. The PR-03-P provides truly accurate Brix and concentration measurements in tanks, kettles and other vessels. Typical applications are jams, preserves, sauces, beer wort, pharmaceuticals,  and sugar molasses.
