K-Patents PR-43-AP Sanitary Probe Refractometer for Brix and Diagnostics

The K-Patents PR-43-AP sanitary probe refractometer is designed to measure, refine, manage and indicate Brix and diagnostics in the beverage, dairy and food processing industries. It meets the needs of hygienic installations in large pipes, tanks, cookers, crystallizers, kettles, and in temperatures up to 300°F.

The PR-43-AP probe is installed in the pipe line or vessel through a 2.5" or 4" 3A sanitary clamp, APV tank bottom flange, or 2.5" Cherry-Burrell I-clamp.

The digital user interface can be installed locally in the field, remotely in the control room or in both locations.

  • Conforms to 3-A Sanitary Standard 46-03 for Refractometers and Energy-Absorbing Optical Sensors for Milk and Milk products
  • EHEDG Type EL Class I Approval
