Lesman Instrument Company is an established specialty products distributor with an installed base of equipment in Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, and Eastern Iowa. Our main sales office is located in Bensenville, Illinois, and we have a branch office in Butler, Wisconsin. Lesman is an Employee-Owned company and member of the ESOP Association.
We sell process instrumentation that measures temperature, pressure, level, and flow at industrial plants. Our primary customers are in the chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, power and steel industries. We have an outside sales force and also market our products via the web, and through internally developed catalogs and direct mail.

Our customer service staff helps customers select the proper products for their applications, provide quotations, process orders, and support the technical sales engineers on larger accounts.
The ideal candidate is looking for a career in customer service/inside sales. He or she enjoys interaction with people, likes to be in a learning environment, is curious about technology, and feels a sense of accomplishment by providing good service. The candidate must be computer literate. Previous experience is not required.
The successful candidate will receive procedural and product training when they begin employment, with ongoing training throughout their career.

We are currently looking for an experienced service technician to join our service operation. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone who would like to be a stakeholder in an established company.
The candidate will be responsible for calibration, maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, configuration, and startup of equipment installed in our customers' plants. The candidate will also be responsible for soliciting additional opportunities for this service from existing or new accounts.
The ideal candidate is currently employed or has an existing small business involved in process control instrumentation maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and startup. The candidate must possess technical skills and have an entrepreneurial attitude. Occasional overnight travel may be required.
