New from WIKA

WIKA All-welded XSEL process gauge

Welded process gauges prevent instrument damage

With a continued focus on plant safety, our partners at WIKA have introduced a series of all-welded gauge and seal assemblies to help protect your pressure measurement system and your process.

  • Measure pressures from -30" HgVac to 5000 PSI, in media temperatures from 0° to 300°F
  • Reinforced instruments designed to last at least 2.5 times longer than traditional unsealed gauges, designed for easy installation and to meet EPA’s "Dual Containment Requirements" to minimize leakage
  • For extreme process environments: harsh temperatures, steam, variable pressure ranges, pulsation, vibration, and aggressive chemicals. Ideal for high-vibration, thermal-cycling, and pump-discharge applications
  • Dramatically minimize fugitive emissions to the environment in applications where they're tightly monitored
  • Designed to help protect you from safety upsets and fines
