Lesman is going green, and we'd like you to join us. Please fill out our
paperless invoicing permission form, and let us know whether you prefer to get your Lesman invoices by e-mail or by fax.
Resale and Machinery Equipment Tax Exemptions
If your company is exempt from sales tax, please provide Lesman with the appropriate
state tax exemption or certificate of resale forms. If you don't have the forms already, you can download them from our website.

If you're a new customer and want your product shipped immediately,
use your VISA, MasterCard, or American Express card. It's that easy! Just
give our inside sales people your card number, card holder's name, and the
card's expiration date, and you're all set.
Placing an Order
Our customer service people are trained to assist you in the
selection of our products. You are not limited to trying to fit the products
shown in the catalog to your needs. Our people will help you get the product
you need to solve your problem.
If you are ordering items shown in the catalog, we can process your order faster
if you provide us with the following information:
- Catalog number
- Brief item description
- Quantity
- Purchase order number
- Billing address
- Shipping address
- Name and telephone number of the requisitioner

- We'll be happy to extend additional discounts for quantities over and above
the price schedules published in the catalog and for those products that do not
have discounts listed. If you help us buy better, we'll be glad to pass the
savings on to you.
- Estimated Annual Usage Discounts
- If you can help us make our business more predictable by giving us estimated
annual usage figures or blanket orders with scheduled releases, you may qualify
for an additional discount.
International Sales
Lesman can provide process control equipment to customers outside
the continental United States. All international customers should request a
written quotation from our Inside Sales staff via email
sales@lesman.com or fax
(01-630-595-2386). We'll fax you back with prices and expected delivery
dates.
All orders are packaged for domestic shipment, EXW Bensenville, Illinois, USA,
for shipment to the freight forwarder of your choice. Freight forwarder must be
located in the United States.
Payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Non-credit
card orders are accepted when paid with cash in advance. All prices quoted and
all payments are U.S. Dollars.
Doing Business with Lesman
- Terms and Conditions
- Our terms are Net 30 days. Accounts that are over 45 days old are past due
and put on hold. If there is a problem or some reason why you can't remain
current, please call our accounts receivable manager to discuss the reason for
the delay.
- Prices
- The prices of goods sold are those in effect at the time of the sale. The
prices listed are those in effect at the time of publication and are subject to
change without notice. Please contact our sales department for current prices.
We will be pleased to furnish quotations upon request either by mail, telephone,
or fax.
- Returns
- To help us adjust your account quickly, please obtain return authorization
from our customer service department. Give us the reason for return, purchase
date, and your purchase order number.
- Delivery
- All items are F.O.B. shipping point. Our standard shipping procedure for
continental U.S. customers is via UPS unless otherwise requested. Freight
charges will be prepaid and added to the invoice.
- Design Changes
- Design changes are made from time to time. Some items may differ slightly
from catalog illustrations or descriptions.
- Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability
- All assistance or data are rendered by Lesman gratis. Information of this
nature is based upon technical data which Lesman believes reliable. It is
intended for use only by persons having skill and know-how, at their own risk.
As a distributor for the products described, Lesman warrants that to the extent
that manufacturers have made representations concerning products in this catalog
to Lesman, the statements in this catalog reflect accurately those
representations.
Goods are warranted only to the extent of the express warranty of the
manufacturer represented thereof and to the extent such is enforced by the
seller. No warranty either expressed or implied is made by seller as to the
fitness, merchantability, condition, capacity, or efficiency of any good sold,
and no claims for labor or consequential damages will be allowed.
At Lesman's option, the sole and exclusive remedy of purchasers hereunder
shall be replacement of non-conforming products or payment in an amount not to
exceed the purchase price of the product(s) for which damages are claimed.

Regulatory Restrictions
- (1) Per the conditions of our Representative and Distributor agreements, we
may not be able to provide products to certain locations. We will work with our
customers, regardless of location, through replacement or referral to another
source, to help them find the products that fit their applications.
(2) State regulations regarding mercury prohibit Lesman from shipping these
products to the following states: Maine, Vermont, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New
Hampshire, and Washington.
