Please remember:
User IDs are six-digit numbers that begin with a 0, 1, 2, or 6. If your user ID is not 6 digits long, add zeroes at the beginning. (e.g., ID 123 becomes 000123.) Passwords ARE case-sensitive. Any mismatch will cause a login failure.
